How to Register?

To register, visit the sign-up page where you will find fields to fill out your details and generate your username and password. Details required are:

  • Center name must be less than 30 letters (e.g., if your center name is "Sri Ranganatha Emission Testing Center", fill it as "Sri Ranganatha ETC").
  • Enter Your Mobile number.
  • Enter Valid Mail Id .
  • Mail Id should be verified through OTP verification. An OTP will be sent to the entered Mail Id.
  • Center owner's name must be filled.
  • Address of your center is required.
  • Select your nature of business. At least one business should be selected.
  • You can generate your username. If the username is already registered in our database, you must create a new one.
  • Create your own password and ensure both passwords match.
  • After completing all details, agree to our Terms and Conditions.
  • Click on the Submit button.
  • After verifying all details, your username and password will be created successfully. If any detail is invalid, you must re-enter the invalid information.

How to Login ?

  • After successfully completing registration, you can log in.
  • If you are logging in for the first time, you will be redirected to subscribe for using our application. Subscription is chargeable.
  • The payment method is straightforward. After redirecting to the subscription page, scan the QR code, and the amount will automatically fill. Simply pay.
  • After successful payment, you will be automatically redirected to the login page.
  • Now you can login freely and continue using our services for the next one year.
  • After one year, your subscription will expire, and you will need to subscribe again.

How to Use the Application ?

Setup

  • SMS Option

    • You can navigate SMS options on the right side of the dashboard. Clicking on SMS options will reveal tabs on the left side of the screen.
    • Enable the services you need. It is recommended to "Enable all the services and stay in touch with your customers".

  • Recharge

    • Recharging SMS plans is very easy. Select the plan you wish and click the pay button. You will be redirected to the payment screen where you can scan the QR code and pay.
    • If you prefer not to scan and pay, there are alternative options like UPI, debit/credit card, and Net Banking.
    • After successfully completing payment, you will be redirected back to the dashboard. Now you can see the SMS credited to you as per your selected plan.

Add Customer

  • To add customer details in the dashboard, navigate to "Add Customer". After completing vehicle tests, save the details including the expiry date (calculated based on your selected expiry month).
  • If Transactional SMS is enabled, your customer will receive a Thank You message for visiting your center. If reminder SMS is also enabled, your customer will receive SMS notifications for certificate expiry.

Customer Record

  • You can see your customer Record . There 5 types of search options
    1. Date : You can see your customer Daily Record select Date in search Record .You can see the date selection option you can select any date you want and the result we be in table
    2. Month : You can see your customer Monthly Record select Months in search Record.You can see the Month selection now you can select any Month you want and the result we be in table
    3. Year : You can see your customer yearly record select year in search Record.You can see the Year selection now you can select any year you want and the result we be in table
    4. Vechile No : You can see your customer Record on Vechile no select Vechile no in search Record. Now You can see Search Box feed the vechile no and click Enter button you will the result in table
    5. Custom Date : If you select Custom date option in search Record you can see the two date selection . To search between dates and the result we be in table

List to Call

  • There is a feature called List to Call, which displays a list of customers whose certificates are expiring today. You can see previous day expiries by clicking the "Previous" button. Use the custom date search option to search between dates in the result table. After calling a customer, you can mark the call as completed by enabling the checkbox and clicking the clear button.

Resert Password

  • In the Resert password Option You can change your Password

Profile

  • You can view your profile by clicking on the Profile card in the left sidebar of the dashboard.

SMS Delivery Status

  • You have a feature to check if SMS deliveries were successful. Navigate to SMS Status in the dashboard where you can see two options:
    1. Delivered
    2. Undelivered
  • Clicking on Delivered will show a list of all successfully sent SMS.
  • Clicking on Undelivered will display details of customers to whom SMS failed to send, along with reasons.

Notifications

  • In the screen, you can see the SMS available , which shows your SMS availability. If the SMS count goes below 100, a message will scroll to alert you.
  • You can also see another notification: ["Your subscription will expire within 15 days. Click here to renew."] This gives you information about your subscription expiry
  • To Renew on click blink notification you will be redirected to subscribe for using our application. Subscription is chargeable

Forgot password?

  • If you forgot your password you can change by clicking forgot password? in Login Page
  • Now you can see the form. Fill in the requested details. After filling all the details, click 'Update'. An OTP will be sent to your registered Mail Id. If you enter the correct OTP, your password will be changed, and you can login with the new password. Remember that you old password in not allowed to change as new password.
